Call to speak with an early childhood specialist, who are on call Monday through Friday from 8 am to 8 pm You can also leave a voicemail or submit your question online at any time. Helpline staff include early childhood development experts, registered nurses, disability specialists, early literacy specialists, and mental health counselors.
The Birth to Five Helpline is operated by Southwest Human Development, with support from First Things First.
