Jacki Grainger joined First Things First in April 2023 and currently serves as the Chief of Marketing and Strategic Initiatives overseeing the organization’s marketing, community relations and audience expansion efforts.
Jacki has over two decades of brand expansion, marketing and corporate giving experience. Most recently for BOK Financial as the Vice President of Community Relations and Employee Engagement. Before that, she was the Director of Sales and Marketing at the Fiesta Bowl, where she worked to promote the organization’s events and managed corporate social responsibility efforts for the nonprofit and its corporate partners.
Jacki is dedicated to community and business organizations and focuses her philanthropic efforts on advancing the lives of families and young children. She has been honored by the Phoenix Business Journal as one of the Outstanding Women in Business and 40 under 40 recipients. She served on the boards of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central and Northern Arizona, Phoenix Children’s Hospital Corporate Advisory Board, Valley of the Sun United Way Women United Steering Committee and Suns Charities 88 and acted as a mentor for the Arizona Foundation for Women. She is a graduate of Valley Leadership and was active in numerous school district override campaign committees.
Jacki holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership and a Bachelor of Science degree in communication from Northern Arizona University. She and her husband, Ross live in Chandler and have three children, Tyler, Addie and Lainey, and two pugs, Tegan and Daisy.
