Holley Mulholland has been with First Things First since January 2011 and currently serves as the Chief People Officer. Holley joined the People Team in 2017 but has long served First Things First in various capacities, including support for the Communications and Government Affairs teams, the Statewide Board and the CEO.
Holley received her Bachelor’s Degree in Justice Studies from the University of Wyoming and prior to joining First Things First, worked with juvenile offenders as an Intensive Supervised Probation Coordinator and then as a Caseworker for Child and Adult Protective Services.
Holley’s values include cultural consciousness, relationship building, fostering environments that support work/life balance, employee well-being, open, on-going and honest feedback and communication practices, enhancing staff/customer experience, and effective leadership.
Holley and her husband currently live in the Northwest Valley. They share two adult boys and enjoy family dinners and outings together as well as a good live band on the weekend.
